Refund & Cancellation Policy

Activated, provisioned, or delivered digital software and license purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or Vecsynflo approves an exception, such as a duplicate transaction or confirmed provisioning failure.

Hosted subscriptions and services may have separate cancellation, renewal, and refund terms stated at purchase. Organization purchases, quotes, implementation work, multi-year terms, and negotiated orders are governed by their applicable order documents and agreements.
