Privacy Policy

Vecsynflo LLC collects and processes account information and service data needed to provide, secure, support, and operate Vecsynflo services. WorkSpace stores user-provided bookmarks/URLs, layout, configuration, settings, and necessary account/service metadata.

How we use data

Vecsynflo does not sell personal WorkSpace information or use it for advertising. Routine operation does not involve employees browsing customer WorkSpaces. Normal security, reliability, fraud-prevention, and service logs may be created to operate and protect the service.

Support access

When a customer opens a support request and authorizes troubleshooting, authorized Vecsynflo personnel may access the relevant environment and information necessary to investigate the issue. Support access should be logged.

Deletion and retention

Eligible personal account data may be permanently deleted at the user's request after appropriate confirmation and reauthentication. Vecsynflo may retain records when required or permitted for financial, tax, security, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory, dispute, or legal-hold purposes. Organization-owned data is controlled through the organization's authorized administration.
